Credify provides only a technology platform that allows borrowers and lenders to find each other and communicate safely.

Credify does not:

• provide loans;
• borrow money;
• invest money;
• guarantee repayment;
• guarantee user reliability;
• participate in private agreements;
• prepare legal contracts;
• act as a financial institution.

Users are fully responsible for:

• verifying each other's identity;
• negotiating loan conditions;
• signing legal agreements;
• complying with the laws of their country.

Credify reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove users who violate platform rules.
