Contact Exchange Policy

Before users receive each other's personal contact information, both parties must complete the Credify service payment.

Platform service fee:

• Borrower: 0.5% of requested amount.
• Lender: 0.5% of offered amount.

After payment:

• Administrator receives confirmation.
• Contact information becomes available.
• Users may continue communication outside Credify.
• Users may complete the agreement independently.

Platform Responsibility

Credify acts only as an intermediary platform.

Credify is not responsible for:

• loan repayment;
• financial losses;
• private agreements;
• legal disputes;
• meetings outside the platform;
• user actions after contact exchange.

The responsibility for every financial agreement belongs entirely to the borrower and lender.

Admin Workflow

Administrator responsibilities:

• Review listings if necessary.
• Moderate conversations.
• Prevent fraud.
• Detect suspicious behaviour.
• Approve safe communication.
• Confirm platform payment.
• Release contact information after payment.

Administrator does NOT:

• decide loan conditions;
• force users to sign agreements;
• provide legal advice;
• guarantee transaction success.
